hen Your Dog Demands Art: The Story Behind the “Chubaka” Doodle

[Aloura]

Sometimes art needs a little extra inspiration—and in our art studio, that inspiration comes in the form of a very persistent German Shepherd. Our studio is run by our two pups but today was our German Shepard’s Doodle Day!

While I was sitting comfortably on the couch working on her latest digital illustration—a hilarious and detailed doodle of a furry, galactic warrior dog wearing Chewbacca’s iconic bandolier—she decided that the studio hours were officially over. She sat right in front of me, giving her the look, staring her down until the final touches were finished so they could head out for their walk

The result? A completed masterpiece of “Chubaka Dog” set against a stunning, cosmic galaxy background, and one very satisfied pup who promptly got her rainy-day stroll! There is never a dull moment when your pets double as your art directors, creative critics, and clock-watchers all at once!
